Quality assessment of the supporting surfaces in grinding prefabricated abrasive wheels

Albogachiev A.Y., Jashkov V.A., Silin L.V.

Abrasive processing is one of the most widespread modes of machining of constructional materials. The wide circulation of grind is promoted by development of new high-efficiency methods of processing (power, deep, high-speed etc.). Need of improvement available and creation of new technologies is caused by complexity of implementation of the process of grind in connection with non-stationary conditions of cutting. Now for the solution of problems of optimization of processes of grind, due to the lack scientifically reasonable data on communication of technological conditions with results of processing, the exclusively experimentally received sedate dependences of target parameters on grind modes are used. Thus, any solution of a problem of optimization is fair only for these experimental conditions and can’t be transferred on other conditions. In the real work questions of ensuring quality of a surface after grind by a modular abrasive circle are considered. Quality was estimated by means of curve Abbota.

Keywords: grinding, mathematical modeling, the temperature.

Stress tolerance of knowledge workers – an important component in enterprise management efficiency

Gorbunova L.N.

Stress-manual workers – an important component of the effectiveness of enterprise management In the conditions of scientific-technical progress in connection with the reduction of heavy and low-skilled manual labour and typical for modern professions combination of nervous tension with the «muscle hunger» leads to nervous and psychic stresses. A significant mental stress is considered as the main cause of neurotic shifts and the emergence of cardiovascular pathology in persons, employed in the system of enterprise management. In the article the characteristic features of the work of leading employees (the lack of physical activity and interpersonal relationships, lack of time for taking responsible decisions in extreme situations, etc.). With the increase of nervous tension increases total operating voltage of the organism, which can go into over-voltage, and in the subsequent to the development of production-related diseases and occupational stress. Recommendations are provided for the organization of work and rest during the day and the week of the senior staff and increase of their resistance to stress. We describe the physical and health-improving activities in the mode of work and rest, aimed at improving the efficiency, strengthening of health (basic standard forms of industrial gymnastics: introduction, preventive, restorative, etc.).

Keywords: hard work, illness, stress.

Improving the physical and mechanical properties of structural steel by volume of pulsed laser hardening

Pinahin I.A., Yagmurov M.A., Pinahin A.I.

In the article the need for different methods of strengthening materials to improve their physical and mechanical properties, mainly, such as strength and durability. Moreover, we show the feasibility of methods of strengthen-ing that improve the properties of materials by volume. The article gives a brief description of the method of volume pulse laser hardening, developed in the North Caucasian Federal University. Volumetric method of pulsed laser hardening previously used exclusively for cutting materials (high-speed steel, carbide), which showed positive results. Since previous studies have shown that in high-speed steels after volumetric pulse laser hardening is an allocation of cementite of the martensitic phase, further investigation was taken Armco iron, which contains almost no carbon. Results of the research suggest the effect of space pulse laser hardening of carbon-free materials.

Keywords: pulsed lazer processing, abrasive wear process, hardening of materials.

Some questions of dynamics of interactions in mechanical systems with lever ties

Eliseev S.V., Artyunin A.I., Bolshakov R.S.

New approaches in formation of mathematical models of mechanical oscillation systems are considered. Is shown that general mathematical model in form of structural scheme of the equivalent in dynamical ratio of automatically control system. Models transformation permits to open for analysis dynamical interactions features between partial systems and type elemental part. Transformation structural schemes algorithms are offered which allow to secure calculation of lever ties which has rotation center in plane motion. And is shown that protection object is separated in oscillation system, remaining part of system can be curtailed in some structural “compact” which has features of generalized spring or dynamical elasticity.

Keywords: lever ties in dynamical systems, structural interpretations of mechanical systems, generalized tasks of vibroprotection and vibroisolation.

Gusev V.G., Andrianov S.B. The flow cooling lubricant through the mechanical seals concentric grinding tool

The flow cooling lubricant through the mechanical seals concentric grinding tool

Gusev V.G., Andrianov S.B.

Paper deals with the flow of coolant through the concentric gap between the end plate and non-contact surface of the workpiece machined with internal teams of coaxial grinding tool. Installing the tool of special mechanical seal guarantees the high-pressure coolant in the treatment area, and the clearance significantly increases the basic cutting parameters. The geometrical parameters of concentric gap, as well as geometric shape and size of the external (working) the seal had a significant influence on the coolant pressure in the treatment area. Modeling and calculation of hydrodynamic flow coolant through the gap to determine the optimal value of leakage, which guarantees removal of sludge from the treatment area, reducing the thermal stress of the grinding process, as well as to control the pressure in the cutting zone.

Keywords: wear rings, coaxial grinding, coolant pressure, cutting zone.
